There is plenty on this website about me, now let’s talk about you for a minute.
If you’ve landed on this site and you’re wondering if I am a good fit for you, let me take a minute to talk about who I think you might be and what you are searching for.
About You
You care deeply about doing things you love and, at the same time, you care about what others think.

That impacts your decisions. You care about getting ahead, succeeding, and doing it within society’s definition of success.

You don’t want to “waste” this life, so you try to do everything. You’re anxious that you’re not doing the right thing, or that you’re not doing enough.

You spend much of your time out of your body, worrying about what’s not being done or what might happen next.

And yet, you have this incredible drive. You can work hard. You can go. You can push.
It’s fueled by fear, but it’s there.
What if that same drive and ambition was created from love instead?

You’re tired. Caught in the loop of comparison looking at what your peers are doing, wondering if you’re falling behind.

At the core, you just want to be loved.
To feel enough.
To be recognized.
To know that you’ll be okay in this world.
That your life will mean something. That you won’t be nobody. That you won’t miss out on life.

For many of the men I meet, “becoming a man” or what that means isn’t even on the radar. Not consciously, anyway. It’s more like wading through a fog of “here’s what I’ve been told,” “here’s what I’m surrounded by,” and yet… “there has got be something else.”
You don’t know what it is or how to describe it, but you can feel it.

Usually, that “something else” you’re searching for outside yourself is the voice you’ve already started to hear inside. You just haven’t realized it yet.
It’s like losing your sunglasses when they’re sitting on top of your head.

But eventually, you do see it. You realize there’s something inside of you, a power that’s been growing all along. The same force that’s creating all of this.

What You’ve Been Searching For
You read books.
You listen to podcasts.
You go on YouTube to explore new ideas.
You dabble in meditation, in breathwork, following threads that quietly pull you closer to something you can’t yet name.

You’re trying to solve one question:
Why is what I was told and what I’m doing, not it?

Why, even after doing “everything right,” do I still feel this quiet curiosity, this doubt, this whisper that there might be something more?

That question, that moment of zooming out, of suddenly seeing life from above and thinking, “What is this all for?” that’s the beginning.
That’s where the real journey starts.
Welcome
I’m here to say those thoughts aren’t wrong.
Those questions aren’t wrong.
They are the voice within you, the one you’ll learn to trust, to listen to, and to live from.

It’s part of the great inquiry: Why am I here? Who am I?

I’ve been on that journey for the past several years and continue to be on it. Much of my work now is simply being a guide for you along your own path.

Not to show the path but to remind you that there is no “right” path other than the one you choose.
The one that’s curious.
The one that’s asking these questions.
The one that’s starting to imagine what it would be like to live with such freedom, power, and love that life itself becomes enjoyable again.

That reality already exists.
It’s the same voice that’s been whispering to you all along.

A Few Things That Might Resonate With You
A book that changed everything for me: The Surrender Experiment by Michael Singer.
If that resonates, follow it up with: I Can See Clearly Now by Wayne Dyer.

And beyond books, spend time with yourself.
Take a walk without headphones.
Sit down, close your eyes, and breathe.
Grab a pen and paper, and free-write whatever comes to mind.

These are powerful unlocks.

If you want to go deeper, here are a few breathwork sessions from my good friend, Nick Sweeney.

And lastly, if you want to experience the impact of being in presence together, reach out. We can schedule a time to talk.

My mentor once told me, "after fifteen years of keeping his door open to anyone who wanted to reach out about creating their own life path, the number of people who actually did was astonishingly small, but you did. Now we can get to work."

If you feel called, don’t hesitate.
